Our latest survey is about Orcas Island health care. It was done in cooperation with the Orcas Island Health Care District.

We send all survey invitations via email. Each invitation is unique to the email we send to, so please do not share your invitation with a friend. Instead, ask them to sign up for their own invitation. If you forward the invitation we send to you, then those that you forward to will be able to see your responses and change the responses you give.
You are welcome to have each person in your household take the survey. Each person will need their own email address.
We do not sell or share the email addresses and all responses are private. The email invitation was sent in groups and varied over time though all invitations were very similar in nature.

The Orcas Island Health Care District commissioners want to hear from you as they are making decisions. This is a Madrona Voices survey being done in cooperation with the commissioners.
For most people, it will take about 10 minutes to complete the survey. Clicking on an answer here takes you to the full survey. Your responses are not recorded until you click on “Done” at the end of the full survey. We plan to close the survey on the night of Thursday, Sept the 27th. Please complete the survey by then. Thank you for participating.
Please note, that we remove all information that can identify you. We publish all comments made in the survey. We group your answers with all of the others that answer the same question and publish the compiled results. We share these reports on our website and with the policy makers that can act on your ideas and opinions.
