PHD concern by vote plan

We took a look at what the primary concern about the proposed hospital district is by how a person plans to vote. Out of the 553 people who have participated in the survey, 416 told us both how they plan to vote and what their number one concern is about the district. Of those who plan to vote for the district, their primary concern (what they most often marked as the number 1 concern out of 7 possible options) is “how the money will be spent.” For those who are undecided and those who plan to vote against the proposal, their number one concern is taxes.
